Salvation Army Jam

We were invited to host a jam and workshops at the Salvation Army in Cardiff.

Teaming up with our friend Andrew from A.I.M , we brought the scaffolding set up down and some coaching blocks. With some great music being blasted, and the sun on our side, we jammed out on the equipment and then taught all those that wanted to get involved some basics.

With a theme of the human potential , it went down pretty damn well and we are glad to have got this chance to teach others some of their physical capabilities.

Hope to do this again!
